Hunter.J.Irwin has $16.65 in his pocket for up town today. There are toonies, loonies, quarters, dimes, and five dollar bills. the five dollar bill's are 2 less than the dimes.  The Dimes are 4 more than the five dollar bill's. The loonies are 3 less than the dimes. the toonies is half the dimes. HOW MANY OF EACH COINS / BILL'S ARE THERE?
